The service

Vibometer, operated by Cool-S Technologies LLC, analyzes publicly accessible websites and produces distribution-readiness scores and personalized Vibometer Audits. Scores are heuristic diagnostic inputs, not predictions, guarantees, professional advice, or promises of traffic, revenue, rankings, or business results.

Your submissions and acceptable use

You may submit only public URLs that you are authorized to evaluate. You must not use the service to probe private networks, bypass access controls, overload third-party systems, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, or interfere with Vibometer or its providers. We may block submissions or accounts that create security, legal, or abuse risk.

Payments and delivery

Vibometer Audits are one-time purchases at the price shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment. Generation begins after confirmed payment and the audit remains private to the buyer until it is delivered. Delivery is automated and typically takes a few minutes. Each eligible purchase includes one re-audit within the stated 60-day window.

The refund and delivery policy is part of these terms.

Ownership

You retain rights in material you submit. You grant us permission to fetch and process the submitted public pages and to create the requested scorecard and Vibometer Audit. Vibometer, its methodology, software, branding, and original report format remain owned by Cool-S Technologies LLC and its licensors.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cool-S Technologies LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a Vibometer Audit will not exceed the amount paid for that audit. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable law may provide additional rights.
