What Vibometer collects
Vibometer is operated by Cool-S Technologies LLC. We collect the public website URL you submit, the public page content and technical signals needed to score it, email addresses used for sign-in and delivery, generated scores and Vibometer Audits, and payment records such as a Stripe session ID, amount, and status. We do not receive or store complete card numbers.
How information is used
We use this information to run scores, produce and deliver Vibometer Audits, authenticate users, prevent abuse, provide support, process user-requested re-scores, and understand service cost and reliability. Public scorecards may display the submitted domain, score, findings, and a screenshot of the public landing page.
Service providers
We use vendors that process information on our behalf, including Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and search and model providers such as Serper and OpenRouter when those services are configured. Submitted public-site content may be sent to these providers only to produce the requested score or Vibometer Audit.
Retention and choices
We retain records while needed to operate the service, maintain score history, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing insight@vibometer.com. Public facts and records we must retain may not be removable in every case.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
