Refund and delivery policy

Delivery
Vibometer Audit generation begins after Stripe confirms payment. Delivery is automated after the audit passes completeness checks and usually takes a few minutes. If an audit is still unavailable after one business day, contact us so we can investigate or refund the order.
When we refund
We will provide a full refund if we cannot generate and deliver the purchased Vibometer Audit, if a duplicate charge occurs, or when applicable law requires it. If the delivered audit is materially incomplete because of a service failure, contact us within seven days and we will repair, regenerate, or refund it as appropriate.
Change-of-mind requests
Because personalized generation starts immediately after payment, change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. We will review reasonable requests individually. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Email insight@vibometer.com with the purchase email, domain, and approximate checkout time. Do not send card details.
